Q: What if the other matchmaker or dating coach is not certified by the Matchmaking Institute/Global Love Institute?

We are only able to resolve issues when both parties involved are certified under the Global Love Institute/ Matchmaking Institute as non-certified dating professionals have no pressure to abide by our rules. In the event that you need help and guidance when dealing with a non-certified dating professional, we will try our best to give you advice. Do contact us at info@matchmakinginstitute.com

Q: Will my complaint be anonymous?

In order to gain clarity of the situation and to ensure that the claims of misconduct are true, it is important for us to elaborate what we have heard, who is involved and the events that took place - This would include having to reveal your identity in order for the story to be credible.

Q: When should I approach the Institute to intervene?

If you have a conflict that cannot be resolved, even though you had already reached out to the other person privately prior to contacting us.

Q: Will I receive a discount if I purchase both the Matchmaker Certification Course and Science-Based Coaching Course?

Yes! You will get a $1,000.00 discount if you purchase both courses together.

Q: What is your Refund Policy?

Courses come with a 2-week refund window, as long as no course materials have been accessed. However, all other products, including membership subscriptions and conference tickets, cannot be refunded.

Q: Are there payment plan options/installment plans available?

Yes, we have 6 months and 12 months installment plans for all of our main certification courses.

Q: Is there an expiry date to my certification?

The certification is valid for 3 years. It is renewable every 3 years for $250.00.
