This special supplemental program is designed for matchmakers and coaches to support their highly successful, high net-worth clients in building meaningful relationships with themselves and others. This research-informed program is both theoretical and practical, including a focus on enhancing self-awareness, improving processes, and using trauma-sensitive approaches.

Meet Our Instructor
Margaret Hardy, MA, LMFTA
Margaret Hardy, MA, LMFTA cares deeply about helping people learn to have better relationships with themselves and others. With a background in educational psychology and therapy, she excels in translating complex ideas into accessible, actionable steps. Her experience spans both academic and therapeutic settings, where she brings a thoughtful, empathetic approach to her work, ensuring individuals and teams can thrive in their personal and professional lives. Margaret received a BA from Pomona College. She holds an MA in couple and family therapy from Antioch University New England and an MA in educational psychology with a specialization in gifted/talented students from Ball State University. She has completed the Gottman Method Couples Therapy clinical training levels one and two, the Gottman Institute Bringing Baby Home educator program, and Prepare/Enrich premarital facilitator training. She currently works as a therapist and relationship coach.
